You Don't Need 20 Job Websites: You Need a Smarter Job Search

The problem isn't that there aren't enough jobs. The problem is that opportunities are scattered across dozens of platforms with inconsistent information. Here's what a better search looks like.

Open one website for jobs. Another for internships. Another for jobs abroad. Another for remote work. Then company websites. Then LinkedIn. Then recruitment agencies.

Before you know it, your browser has 25 tabs open and you're still wondering whether you actually found the right opportunity.

The problem isn't that there aren't enough jobs. The problem is that opportunities are scattered.

The same vacancy may appear on multiple platforms with slightly different information. Some listings may already be outdated. Some may hide important details. Others may use completely different job titles for essentially similar roles.

Tip: Fewer, better sources beat twenty noisy tabs. Prioritise platforms that help you compare roles by skills, location, and next steps — not just more listings.

And when you're searching across countries and industries, the amount of noise becomes even greater.

Wouldn't it be easier if you could start from one place and explore opportunities across the global market?

That's the idea behind building a global job ecosystem: not simply collecting job postings, but making them easier to discover, understand and compare. Imagine being able to explore opportunities across sectors and locations while also understanding the skills required, the career direction they lead toward and the next steps you may need to take.

The goal isn't to create another website with thousands of job cards. The goal is to make the journey from searching to deciding easier.

Because the future of job discovery shouldn't be about opening more tabs. It should be about making better decisions with fewer of them.

25 tabs is extremely relatable. I finally decided to stop monitoring every platform and focus on two or three good sources.

Outdated listings are the real killer. You spend an hour on an application for a role that closed six weeks ago.

Quality over quantity applies to job searching too. This article finally convinced me to stop chasing every platform at once.

Demo comments — posting is UI-only for now.
