Manage ALEKS implementation for assigned territory with focus on new and existing customers
Provide implementation consultation, coaching, and professional development to educators
Deliver training and technical assistance for successful adoption of the ALEKS platform
Enforce best practices in implementation and course management
Analyze implementation data and communicate insights to optimize success
Gather and share customer feedback to improve products and services
Collaborate with internal sales and stakeholder teams to ensure implementation fidelity
