Responsibilities
Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations
Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development
Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a supportive environment
Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes
Provide input on succession planning to meet future needs
Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets
