Prepare items per customer requests using proper bakery equipment
Offer product samples to help customers discover new items
Inform customers of bakery and/or deli specials
Provide fresh products with correct portion sizes to prevent shrink
Recommend deli or bakery items to customers
Use bakery equipment according to company guidelines
Prepare foods according to food temperature logs and cooking instructions
Measure, prepare and mix ingredients according to recipe
Prepare, package, label and inventory ingredients
Check product quality and review sell by dates
