Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering product questions
Prepare beverage selections to recipe and customer requests using proper equipment
Tender transactions using company best practices
Offer product samples and inform customers of coffee shop specials
Recommend coffee shop items to meet customer needs
Use kitchen equipment, espresso machine, blender, steamer, and scale properly
Check product quality and review 'sell by' dates for freshness
Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise
Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to management
Maintain safety and food safety compliance
