Responsibilities
Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
Assist customers in locating and selecting products for home improvement needs
Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
Replenish stock by identifying empty shelf areas and restocking supplies
Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
Cross-train in multiple store departments to support customer service
Prepare merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, thread pipe, cut wood)
Guide customers through shopping or checkout processes
Load merchandise for customers when needed
Complete other duties as assigned by department
