Lead a team of 20+ team members to maintain an engaged and safe work environment
Perform duty manager responsibilities including opening and closing the store
Train and develop team members on Best Experience and Safety Culture & Compliance
Manage rostering and strategic planning to deliver service promises
Monitor and measure customer service levels
Liaise with Merchandising, Store Leadership, and Health and Safety teams
Develop strong relationships with suppliers
Ensure merchandising excellence, sales performance, stock accuracy, and loss prevention
Drive high-volume stock management within specialist department
Support smooth daily operations and sales across weekdays and weekends
