Responsibilities
Provide or assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, hair care, dental care, nail care, skin care, and pericare
Assist with patient transfers (bed to chair, wheelchair, bedpan, commode, toilet)
Assist with ambulation using cane, walker, or crutches
Provide personal care including dressing and medication reminders
Secure clients' homes for the night and provide reassurance during nighttime hours (where applicable)
Utilize the E.V.V. (Electronic Visit Verification) program
Assist with household tasks essential to client's personal care
Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping, or other errands
Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) within training limitations
Prepare meals based on client's preferred diet and assist with feeding if required
