Responsibilities
Lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations across multiple distribution and logistics sites
Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of facility infrastructure and automation systems
Implement preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs
Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and material handling systems
Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations
Manage regional maintenance and facilities operating budgets and control expenditures
Lead, coach, and develop maintenance and facilities personnel
Ensure effective use of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and CMMS systems
Manage vendor and contractor relationships and performance
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, RCA, TPM, and reliability engineering methodologies
