Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate Sales & Channels engagement in the largest distributors across Mexico
Build annual business plans with national branches of Mexican Distributors
Define evolution of distributor businesses, headcount, investments, go-to-market strategies based on global priorities
Manage overall business execution and performance management with distributors
Schedule, prepare, and lead recurring Business Review meetings (QBRs) three times per year
Meet with distributors in first two weeks of quarter to update annual plan and set targets
Lead monthly call updates with distributors on new company content
Ensure proper dissemination of company content within distributors and share calls-to-action
Increase CPQ quoting utilization through training and monitoring statistics
Coordinate semi-annual NextWave Program Compliance efforts
