Responsibilities
Support pharmacist scheduling gaps and oversee pharmacy operations
Act as a role model for pharmacy teams, demonstrating genuine care
Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and direct pharmacy team
Assume Pharmacy Manager's day-to-day duties when serving as primary pharmacist
Contribute to positive patient experiences and coach pharmacy team
Proactively offer and deliver immunizations
Support effective management of pharmacy inventory
Maintain relevant clinical and technical skills and expand knowledge
Support access to care through pharmacist-delivered clinical services
Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
