Establishes production and quality control standards
Ensures cost, quality, and delivery commitments are met
Coordinates logistics activities across organizational functions
Manages operational expenses and performs financial analysis
Reviews production and operating reports to resolve issues
Oversees shipping/receiving, picking/packing, and inventory
Manages store delivery operations including unloading and palletizing
