Ensure Kuanyin site operates in accordance with Huntsman's EHS & PSM standards

Proactively identify Kuanyin site EHS & PSM needs and develop strategy

Support departments in understanding and implementing EHS requirements

Organize and conduct EHS & PSM training and competency tests

Work closely with Production Manager to review process safety management

Build and maintain emergency response team and alarm system

Maintain ISO 14001 system and provide advisory role for PU NEA organization

Lead and directly manage Kuanyin EHS team

Build Zero Harm Culture across all levels

Ensure business activities meet company and local EHS regulations
