Acting as a member of the Duxford Senior Leadership Team and representing the site on EHS matters with regulatory bodies, emergency services and other third parties.

Managing the site's EHS Management System and driving the implementation of EHS strategy, improvement programmes and best practices.

Ensuring compliance with applicable EHS legislation, Huntsman standards and the site's Upper Tier COMAH requirements.

Supporting Process Safety activities, including HAZOPs, risk assessments, PHRs and incident investigations.

Leading site inspections and audit programmes and ensuring E.T.S are maintained across operations.

Ensuring accidents, incidents and near misses are appropriately reported and investigated, identifying trends and supporting corrective actions.

Promoting safe behaviours and supporting the continued development of a positive EHS culture and Huntsman's Zero Harm programme.

Taking accountability for environmental matters relating to the site and the effluent treatment plant.

Supporting emergency preparedness, fire protection, occupational hygiene monitoring and the site's EHS training plan.

Managing and developing the EHS Specialist.
