Responsibilities
Own end-to-end product development lifecycle (PDLC) for GHX Orchestration
Design, govern, and continuously refine the pilot selection engine
Own pilot cohort selection and all stage-gate decisions
Partner directly with Forward-Deployed Engineering team to scope on-site pilots
Define and evolve tiered commercial model (Foundation/Agentic/Outcome-Premium)
Translate persona-and value-based requirements into technical roadmap
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
Build and sustain executive-level relationships with customers
Lead through influence across Sales, Marketing, Professional Services
Develop and mentor Product Owners and Managers
