Own and evolve the enterprise total rewards philosophy
Ensure programs support retention of critical talent
Partner with CEO, CFO, and Finance leadership
Serve as senior-most subject matter expert for HR leadership
Represent total rewards strategy directly to Board and Compensation Committee
Set enterprise compensation architecture including global salary structures
Own design governance and Board reporting of executive compensation programs
Direct annual compensation planning cycles enterprise-wide
Provide executive counsel on organizational design workforce planning
Own enterprise wellbeing strategy including mental health initiatives
