Engage in direct outreach to potential candidates through networking and relationship-building activities.
Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
Collaborate closely with the HR team to understand the hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with the organization's goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using an applicant tracking system.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct regular market research to stay abreast of local job market trends, industry developments, and competitor practices.
Organize and participate in job fairs, career expos, and other recruitment events to promote the company’s brand and attract talent.
Represent the company professionally while maintaining a positive image among candidates and within the local community.
