Responsibilities
Support franchisees throughout their franchise lifecycle to optimize revenue
Develop quarterly and annual business plans with franchisees covering sales, marketing, and financial goals
Conduct quarterly store evaluations to ensure brand and operational compliance
Provide training, coaching, and guidance on marketing, pricing, and financial reporting
Act as primary liaison between franchisees, UPS, vendors, and support teams
Assist with franchise renewals, ownership transfers, relocations, and store buildouts
Plan and lead convention-style network meetings for education and engagement
Identify operational and financial issues impacting franchisee success
Share best practices in merchandising, local marketing, and operations
Monitor progress on training and performance goals with regular communication
