Direct and execute one or all of the following geotechnical project assignments: field exploration, laboratory services, engineering analysis, report preparation and technical review.

Provide quality control review of proposals and reports and direct operations consistently meeting commitments to clients.

Actively participate in business development and marketing efforts while establishing and maintaining client relationships related to technical aspects of client assignments.

Responsible for mentoring and training senior and junior professional staff professionals.

Participate in relationship building with professional and technical organizations.
