Develop and implement options for asset optimization (debottlenecking, capacity improvement, OEE improvement) and drive asset optimization improvements on sites

Introduce new products, new processes and process modifications on sites

Actively pursue and participate in improving current technologies and identifying new technologies

Contact for R&D, checking viability of R&D proposals for implementation on sites

Participation in Capex projects, which can include: Develop the process design for capex projects and participate in process design in different project phases (study, BEP, detailed engineering and construction, commissioning and start-up)

Act as technology licensor, project leader and/or lead process engineer in capex projects

Assist in commissioning and startup of large capex projects

Define and guide plant trials on sites related to capex projects

Assist sites to comply with HSE guidelines (process safety) and Technology Group standards, which can include Evaluation/Auditing of production units and storage areas

Participating as process engineer in Hazard Studies
