Work with Sales, partners, and customers understanding challenges, issues, and delivered value

Understand customer goals aligning deliverables accordingly

Be single point of contact encouraging collaboration and agreement on proposed solutions

Mentor team members and partners achieving engagement deliverables promoting desired results

Identify gaps between actuals and plan proposing resolutions

Partner with Product organization sharing field insights in design development cycles
