Responsibilities
Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner
Assist pharmacy and front store customers with questions and concerns
Process prescriptions including translation of SIG codes and labeling
Resolve third party rejections and complete manual claim forms
Maintain patient confidentiality according to HIPAA and company standards
Support supervising pharmacist in dispensing drugs and reviewing prescriptions
Counsel patients under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist
Perform inventory management and ensure proper stock levels
Deliver additional health care services as allowed by state regulations
Lead with empathy and support team development
