Supervise operational and support areas including inbound, replenishment, picking, auditing, shipping, VAS, reverse logistics, inventory, operations room, and planning

Ensure compliance with HS&E safety standards

Maintain 5S organization and cleanliness standards

Implement OMS routines across operations

Monitor and achieve operational KPIs according to contractual SLAs

Ensure inventory accuracy as defined by client

Oversee maintenance of MHE equipment (forklifts, RFs, manual carts)

Supervise equipment checklists and utilization rates

Manage supply procurement for packaging materials and tools

Ensure preventive maintenance of operational structures (racks, shelves, flow racks)
