Guide and support the Rail Control Capability & Verification team
Develop and enhance capability frameworks
Oversee training needs analysis and assessment programs
Maintain contemporary training and verification practices
Lead assurance activities and capability verification processes
Use performance insights and capability data to identify improvement opportunities
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to strengthen capability outcomes
Support capability, training and assurance projects
Facilitate onboarding, coaching, mentoring and development opportunities
