Maintain internal and external restaurant cleanliness
Prepare restaurant for daily trade
Clean and maintain equipment for safe operation
Maintain carpark, patio, bins, gardens, signage and exterior areas
Organise and clean back area including rubbish area and staff toilets
Comply with safety and security standards
Complete ad hoc maintenance tasks as assigned
