Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyor systems and material handling equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical components including bearings, rollers, belts, chains, sprockets, motors, and gearboxes
Assist in troubleshooting basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Perform preventive maintenance activities according to schedules and procedures
Inspect equipment for wear, damage, misalignment, and lubrication issues
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance work areas, tools, and equipment
Support emergency repairs and operational uptime initiatives
Maintain accurate maintenance records and work order documentation
Record labor hours, repairs completed, and parts used
Follow OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and company safety requirements
