Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all craft field work

Manage and lead a team of skilled trades people

Develop, implement and maintain maintenance schedules

Collaborate with other departments to align maintenance activities

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Conduct regular inspections of work areas and equipment

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Participate in budget planning and cost control related to maintenance operations

Assist in development and implementation of maintenance training programs

Ensure worked hours and other costs are registered in CMMS system
