Support onboarding and removals as part of JML processes
Process moves, adds, and changes for compliant reporting
Provide cost management and usage reports to stakeholders
Allocate subscription costs to business units
Act as first-line support for internal queries on subscriptions
Operate effectively at global level building relationships with teams
Manage vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and quotes
Coordinate invoice processing from receipt to payment
