Responsibilities
Cut and trim raw meat to Costco specifications using band saws and knives
Operate meat grinder and tenderizing machine
Prepare and package meat for display by loading styrofoam trays onto racks
Follow safety, sanitation, and health code procedures
Stock and rotate products in the meat display case
Inspect and reassemble sanitized equipment daily
Monitor fat content of ground meat batches
Clean and sanitize work areas throughout the shift
Restock meat room supplies and handle heavy cases up to 99 lbs
Provide prompt and courteous service to members
