Process new memberships and membership renewals

Educate members about membership, warehouse, and credit programs

Verify member identity and business information

Issue membership cards, temporary cards, and employee name badges

Assist members with item availability and product location

Collect membership dues via cash, check, and credit/debit payments

Maintain accurate membership records and logs

Provide high-level customer service in person, by phone, or by mail

Assist at the refund counter and with marketing as needed
