Responsibilities
Prepare dishes during service
Support the brigade of kitchen in sanitization, reception, arrangement, cleaning, preparation and production of food and all related activities
Ensure hygiene and setup of work area, materials and ingredients prior to any food handling
Provide support in mise-en-place assignments
Assist with recipe execution/process in a thorough and disciplined manner; seek assistance if doubts arise
Support food preparation during meal services with neatness, sense of urgency and discipline
Actively assist in arranging all storage spaces for foods
Check that supplies are in optimal condition
