Responsibilities
Apply didactic learning from pharmacy school in real-world practice under preceptor supervision
Complete comprehensive training roadmap including Key Learning Experiences (KLEs) and activities
Assist pharmacy team in safe, accurate, and prompt prescription fulfillment
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and pharmacy workflow across all workstations
Provide empathetic, personalized patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
Offer immunizations and other health care services where permitted by law
Take telephonic prescriptions and clarify with prescribers as allowed by state regulations
Support patient counseling and collect medical history under pharmacist supervision
Perform inventory tasks such as cycle counts, returns-to-stock, and medication delivery put-away
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing pharmacy team culture
