Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional care as part of a pharmacy team under licensed pharmacist supervision
Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance in retail pharmacy operations
Manage inventory, workflow, and prescription-related tasks (excluding final verification)
Promote and manage patient care programs to improve health outcomes
Demonstrate empathy and compassion in interactions with patients and colleagues
Collaborate with team members to support CVS Health’s purpose and values
Maintain close visual acuity for transcribing, reading, and inspecting small parts
Communicate orally with customers and colleagues to provide information and instructions
Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 20 lbs, standing for extended periods, and reaching overhead
Complete required training and obtain licensure within state guidelines
