Responsibilities
Apply didactic learning from pharmacy school in real-world practice
Assist pharmacy team in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation
Provide empathetic and personalized patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
Offer immunizations and other health care services where permitted
Take telephonic prescriptions and clarify with prescribers as allowed by state law
Complete inventory tasks such as cycle counts and returns-to-stock
Support pharmacists by counseling patients and gathering medical history under supervision
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and CVS policies
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing pharmacy team
