Oversee and direct in-store pharmacy operations
Act as Pharmacist-in-Charge ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
Dispense prescription medications with accuracy and safety
Counsel members on proper medication usage
Ensure prompt and courteous member service

Conduct employee performance reviews and provide coaching
