Responsibilities
Support pharmacy operations to ensure prescriptions are filled safely, accurately, and promptly
Serve as first point of contact for patients, providing empathetic and personalized customer service
Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflows at all workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off)
Assist with inventory management including cycle counts, returns-to-stock, and medication deliveries
Contribute to patient health by offering immunizations and other services where permitted
Monitor and manage vaccine supplies and documentation for immunization programs
Respond to and report adverse reactions to vaccines per public health requirements
Complete required company training and maintain state licensure and certification
Support pharmacists in improving patient health and medication adherence
Travel to other stores in the market as needed to support business needs
