Responsibilities
Support pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
Assist patients with prescription fulfillment at pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off
Follow Standard Operating Procedures for safe and accurate prescription processing
Provide empathetic and personalized customer service to enhance patient experience
Complete inventory tasks including cycle counts and medication restocking
Support immunization services where permitted by law and training
Monitor and manage vaccine supplies and documentation
Respond to patient inquiries and escalate issues as needed
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment
