Responsibilities
Support pharmacy operations to ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and promptly
Serve as first point of contact for patients, providing empathetic and personalized service
Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflows at all workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off)
Assist with inventory management including cycle counts, returns-to-stock, and medication deliveries
Complete required training and maintain state licensure and certification
Support immunization services where permitted, including vaccine preparation and patient education
Monitor and manage vaccine supplies and documentation
Escalate or resolve patient issues with compassion and care
Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations and CVS policies for patient safety and privacy
Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture with a growth mindset
