Responsibilities
Support pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
Assist in filling prescriptions promptly, safely, and accurately
Serve as first point of contact for patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
Follow standard operating procedures for all pharmacy workflows
Complete inventory activities including cycle counts and returns-to-stock
Contribute to positive patient experiences through empathetic and personalized service
Support immunization services where permitted by law and training
Monitor and manage vaccine supplies
Report adverse reactions and maintain documentation
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations
