Responsibilities
Support pharmacy operations to ensure prescriptions are filled safely, accurately, and promptly
Serve as first point of contact for patients, providing empathetic and personalized customer service
Follow Standard Operating Procedures at all pharmacy workstations
Assist with inventory management including cycle counts, returns-to-stock, and medication deliveries
Contribute to immunizations and point-of-care testing where permitted by law
Monitor and manage vaccine supplies and patient documentation
Escalate or resolve patient issues with compassion and care
Complete required company training and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Support offsite clinics and additional health care services as needed
Maintain accurate prescription labeling and data entry to ensure patient safety
