Provide and document patient care such as giving injections and performing preventive screenings

Triage patients according to approved protocols

Act as a member of the care team, collecting and recording clinical information

Educate patients regarding their illness or injury and provide instruction regarding self-management

Carry out standing orders consistent with practice policies

Document all patient interactions and other clinical activities accurately in the EHR

Conduct outreach to patients for appointments, test results, and follow-up

Answer and document patient phone calls

Monitor task buckets to respond to tasks in a timely manner

Supports the Clinical Lead and acts as a resource to other clinical staff members
