Responsibilities
Source working capital loan facilities for agri-related industries, food processing, agro processing, and manufacturing industries in the MSME segment.
Manage overall quality and size of business for sourced loans.
Source new customers and ensure month-on-month disbursement with ticket sizes from Rs. 2 crore to Rs. 25 crore.
Meet and appoint new CAs, financial consultants, DMAs, and bank branches to source business daily.
Meet at least 2 new leads every working day.
Service customer requirements and complaints with speed and quality.
Collaborate with trade finance, CMS, operations, treasury, legal, and branch banking teams for seamless customer service.
Work closely with the credit team for managing client expectations and effective risk management.
Enhance the deposit pool from existing and new customers.
Drive sales of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds and Insurance.
