Execute receiving and merchandising standards
Ensure Associates are processing efficiently and effectively
Engage and interact with customers for excellent customer experience
Maintain clean and organized store environment
Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles
Communicate with Coordinator on Duty for efficient goods flow
Monitor team productivity and provide coaching
Organize back stock rotation for easy replenishment
Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards
Maintain cleanliness and recovery standards for backroom area
