Responsibilities
Support delivery of sales plan through execution of store and operational tasks
Act as Manager on Duty to address customer, vendor, or maintenance issues
Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers
Lead in-store customer experiences by modeling selling behaviors and product knowledge
Demonstrate product knowledge, company policies, and store strategies
Set daily/shift goals and direction for associates
Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipt
Create genuine customer connections through needs discovery and personalized recommendations
Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to store policies
