Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in company values and product knowledge
Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs and making personalized recommendations
Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout
Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience including ringing purchases and maintaining register area
Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards for store presentation
Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and visual marketing placements
Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, bending, and climbing ladders
Adhere to all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
Maintain company values, policies, and procedures
