Responsibilities
Deliver highly satisfied customer experiences through engagement and interaction
Maintain clean and organized store environments
Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
Cross-train to work in multiple areas supporting business needs
Model established customer experience practices internally and externally
Support positive store culture via honesty, integrity, and respect
Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change back to customers
Promote credit and loyalty programs
Follow merchandising procedures and maintain merchandising philosophy
Process and prepare merchandise for sales floor following company guidelines
