Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge
Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs and making personalized recommendations
Recover and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to brand standards
Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and maintain the back room
Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and shipment processing
Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience including ringing purchases
Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging store environment adhering to safety standards
Support visual appearance of the store through lifting, reaching, bending, and climbing
Lift up to 50 pounds and consistently handle 10-pound loads
Maintain company values, policies, and procedures
