Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent
Act as Manager on Duty to address customer, vendor, or maintenance issues
Support action plans to improve results and execute operational activities
Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipt
Set daily/shift goals and direction for associates
Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers
Lead in-store customer experiences through modeling selling behaviors
Create genuine customer connections through personalized recommendations
Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling performance
Reinforce selling expectations, accountability, and results with all associates
