Responsibilities
Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional customer service
Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
Replenish stock by identifying empty shelf areas and restocking supplies
Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time fulfillment
Cross-train in multiple store departments to support customer needs
Prepare merchandise based on customer requirements (e.g., cut wood, mix paint, thread pipe)
Guide customers through shopping or checkout processes
Organize and maintain department merchandise
Answer customer questions and solve home improvement challenges
Complete other duties as assigned
