Drive growth by owning, monitoring, and leading all sales activities to close profitable deals
Collaborate with Customer Care Location Managers, Pricing, and Sea Logistics Business Development teams
Monitor competition and gather market intelligence to adapt strategies
Champion customers by reporting feedback and supporting issue resolution
Maintain accurate customer information in internal systems
Focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and reactivation
Undertake additional tasks as required to support customer needs
